“I am originally from Tours, where I graduated with a bachelor’s degree of Life Sciences in Health Biology. I then moved to Poitiers to pursue a master’s degree in Cell Biology, Genetics, and Pathologies. For my M1 internship, I joined the N2Cox laboratory in Tours, where I worked on establishing a study model of myosteatosis induced by cancer to analyze fat accumulation in skeletal muscle cells which is correlated with reduced overall survival. In January, I will begin my M2 internship at the MCD laboratory in Toulouse, where I will investigate the role of histone variant H2A.Z isoforms in cell proliferation. Following this, I plan to pursue a PhD in genetics and oncology.”
